Service Engagement

All services provided by InLinkers are subject to written agreements or formal quotations. Once a service is confirmed:

• The scope, timeline, and deliverables will be defined
• Changes or additional requests may incur extra charges
• Both parties agree to timely communication and feedback
• Failure to provide necessary inputs may delay or impact delivery

Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Approving designs, strategies, or technical implementations
• Ensuring timely payments as per agreed milestones
• Not misusing software or services delivered

InLinkers will not be responsible for delays caused due to lack of client cooperation.

Payments & Refunds

• Payments are due as per the terms outlined in the proposal or invoice
• Some services may require upfront deposits
• Delayed payments may result in paused or suspended services
• Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated case by case

Intellectual Property

All designs, code, software, graphics, and content created by InLinkers remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables may be transferred to the client (unless stated otherwise in the agreement).

Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality solutions, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of any service or platform. InLinkers will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of our services
• Actions taken by third-party tools or service providers used during the project

Confidentiality

We respect your business information and treat all shared data as confidential. We may sign NDAs upon request. However, we are not responsible for information already public or independently known to us.

Third-Party Tools & Services

We may use third-party APIs, tools, hosting, or platforms to deliver some services. While we aim to choose reliable solutions, we are not liable for any issues arising from their use or limitations.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• All pending dues must be settled
• Work completed up to that point will be delivered
• Access to services may be suspended immediately upon non-payment or violation of terms

Use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your information.

Changes to Terms
